將已鬆針的腩肉放入焗爐以 180°C,焗約 40 分鐘,最後再將腩肉直接放在頂層烤架上,烤約 8分鐘,直至豬皮爆滿脆泡及鬆化,讓腩肉稍為冷卻一下後,便可切件享用了。🤗🤗
